5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

 

6. Delivery

Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Restricted access to premises
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If a recipient is unavailable, flowers may be:

  • Left in a safe place
  • Left with a neighbour or reception
  • Returned, at our discretion

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

 

7. Perishable Goods and Cancellation Rights

Flowers and plants are perishable goods.

Under Irish and EU consumer law, the right to cancel does not apply once preparation or delivery of perishable goods has begun.

Orders may be amended or cancelled before preparation, subject to notice and acceptance by us.

 

8. Quality Issues and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with an order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible.

Where a genuine quality issue is confirmed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Any remedy offered will be in line with consumer law and determined at our discretion.

 

9. Gift Messages and Recipient Details

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of gift messages and recipient details provided.

We process recipient details solely to fulfil your order.
